Language services proposed
The assigned Project Manager created a specialist linguistic team, composed of translators, proofreaders, a Desktop Publishing (DTP) specialist and final controller to manage every stage of the translation process for each individual language. The delivery priority for each manual was agreed with the client in advance, and we decided to stagger the delivery of the project as each file was completed, to ensure the client could promptly proceed with the post-translation process, helping to reduce project turnaround times.
