Translation Services

Your dedicated Project Manager: we assign your translation project to an internal PM, who will manage every step of the process, establish the translation workflow, and liaise closely with you for the entire duration of the project. If necessary, they can also provide you with language consultancy services to help you manage and face every stage of the translation or transcreation process.

Lead translator: we assign a lead translator for each language pair our client requires. This professional translator will work on your translations, consult the various reference materials and create your customized glossary. All projects are assigned to a translator, with tried-and-tested experience in the appropriate field. For example, if you need a translation of a technical document for industrial air conditioners, or a technical translator specialized in coffee machines, we will assign your translation project to someone who has specific expertise in these types of translations and sectors.

Back-up translator: back-up translators work in the same way as lead translators, but they intervene when the lead translator is unable to work, maybe due to illness, other translation commitments, or when there’s an extremely tight delivery deadline.

Proof-reader: on receipt of the translation from the translator, the proof-reader controls and cross-references the texts, in a precise and thorough manner, to ensure the translation is error-free and consistent throughout.
